did a bit of research into these and got a mate to prce them for me.turns out according to the rep they dont make these for gen 3's.yet on here a number of u guys have them.i looked on the NGK website and still no luck.there doesnt seem to be iridiums available. if someone can tell me otherwise id be intersted in knowing the part number and how much each plug cost them.thanks guys

I used the Iridium plugs and on the dyno showed no difference in power.
Actually when making the gap larger lost 4 rkw :lol:
Standard plugs are the go and change them every service otherwise you are wasting your money.
I would rather spend more $ in some better engine oil.

didn't search the US website.
the have ls1's over there and its says TR55 IX for the vette etc.. and this plug is available here

They are also the NGK plug for the BA XR8...so most stores should have them or access to them.

iridium plugs IMO is another one of the many tools NGK use to get the so called "rice boyz" to buy the product becaus eit can be of benefit to their car and "maybe" (that word used with rice cars oftern) give them more power, but it's like changing your paper filters to a k&n ... personally I wouldnt, but thats my opinion, i think the paper works fine... i have standard plugs in my ls1, and they work fine too :D

k just in case any of u guys came across the same problem i did when looking for these plugs i will confirm that they are the same as the ba v8. part number TR55IX
