Saturday morning the girls mother phones and said they were leaving home and heard a clunk and the oil light comes on :eek:
Lucky she pulled over and turns the 2002 mod VECTRA off , her old man lifts the hood and we have a bit of oil but no filter follows the oil up the road and picks up the filter :mad:
So they give me a buzz and i tellem call road side assist and get them to tow it back to castle hill :) tell them there f@#Kwits and fix it and it`s time to get a new ride ;) as that one is no good anymore.
today the girl gets home and said mum picked up the car and they charged her $105 as the filter and oil are not under warranty :mad:
This is bullshit at it`s best it`s only just been serviced :mad: :mad: what now they don`t fix there f@#k-ups.

And the service guy told her it has happend to other Vectra`s and it dose not hurt them.

Think i will give him a call in the morning :box:

Jee no oil wont hurt the engine? :rolleyes: So then that must mean i shouldnt have to ever worry about oil! Jeez some people aye... Hope all goes well mate, im from the castle hill area and i usually buy parts from there (MCAI and VZ covers) and yeah some of the people that work there arn't the brightest. :stick:

that sounds shocking,

after a few issues with my own dealers, i started taking my old car over to Tassell Automotives. They are reasonably priced and do good work.

they are also located just over the road from this dealership so the convenience is still there in regards to location

I think we all be sucked in at one stage or another unfortunaly, but i so have to say that Suttons at Rosbury Sydney did bend over backwards to help me every step of the way both post and pree sale
