What was the manuf. claim? I nearly bought this package myself, kinda glad I didn't now...

i cant find the box but i had the ss on the dyno and had 2kw difference.i only brought it cause it was due for a service and it was cheaper to do it myself with the kit and oil than holden using paper filter etc

U cant go past the factory leads, especially the red ones found on vy's,they are really good and are going cheap now, they used to be 400bucks,i believe they are now 150for the set.

i heard about that package.it was in street commodres a while back.the ute they put the kit into gained 12kw at the wheels.verified by doing dyno tests before and after.not bad in my opinion.it had done 50000k's from memory on original plugs though.but i guess the usual plug replacement according to the service manual is 80000.

Probably opened the gap on the Plugs before the First dyno run ;)

Using Eagle Silicone Leads, about $50 from Independent
Motor Mart.

Yeah I am just using Top Gun leads which cost me $120 bucks all up. The stock ones are pretty good, but to pricey for what they are. As Sonny says, they are now $150 which isn't bad at all but use to be around the $400 mark :)
