Hey fellas, Ive tired every different word searching for this but found nothing.
So, Ive lowered the ute front and rear, more at the rear and so now the HID low beams are angled up more than stock. I have had the occasional flash from other drivers, so I imagine it may be annoying some people.
Im wondering whether there is built in level adjustment in these VZ HID headlights do that you can angle them down a bit?
Cheers fellas.

Ermm...I think you will find that they are just projector headlamps not HID. The adjuster is quite simple. Face it up against a wall about 3m away and there is a phillips-head screw on the side/back of the light unit as you look down on it. The LH one you need to remove the top radiator shroud and the little hatch in the top of the CAI to get to it and it is directly below a hole in the top metal panel (put there I guess for that very purpose).

The projector lights use an incandescent globe (ie it passes a current through a wire filament to heat it white-hot) whereas the HID uses a very high voltage to jump a spark between two electrodes and is essentially what is known as an arc-lamp in industrial lighting.
