A while ago I saw a link to a website that sold new unpainted Commodore sedan and (I think) Monaro bodyshells. The sold Falcon bodies too if I recall. Anyone got any idea where this is??

You can buy a Commodore ute, sedan or a Monaro shell from Holden or any Ford body from Ford. My mate bought a Monaro shell complete with doors and bonnet, painted. I think it was about 6 grand. It can never be reistered though

Nah it wasnt them...it was a site that had all new Commodore and Falcon body parts and engines...there was a picture of a red painted XLS ute with a scantily clad bird spread out on its bonnet...plus I think a Commodore shell..

They always advertise in the Parts Peddler. Get that and have a look.

Is that a nationwide publication? Or just an Eastern-staters thing?

I think it is nationwide as I have seen pretty much everystate have a business advertise in there.

If you are prepared to wait a dealer can order it for you pre-painted in current colour from factory.
