Hi all,

Last night I was mucking around with a Rodeo "The last model" dual cab. I overtook a 4wd and this rodeo was behind me. As i overtook i noticed the rodeo keeping up with me. I was quite impressed. I tested him a little more through a couple of back streets and this this was surprisingly quick. I let him go ahead as i wanted to go behind and look at this thing a little more. Around a corner and he gunns it. Upon full go I wheel him in but was still impressed with this rodeo. I put my windows down and hear this loud "PSSSSHHHH" from this rodeo. "Nice" me thinks....I would say judging from this thing its definetly a high 14 second rodeo...and it looks totally stock apart from twin exhausts from the rear. How much work would be required to get this thing moving that quick???? He had this suitable sticker on the rear "sleeping rodeo, do not disturb"....Just my little story for you all...Does anyone here know this guy or his rodeo????

Could well be the case mate - I'm from down south of the border and there is a supercharged R9 Rodeo cab chassis some courier drives around in - puts TNT delivery times to shame!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If its the same one I'm thinking of he was at WSID on the 1/6 and its a white dual cab, absolutely stock exterior looks like a tradies well used vehicle, but goes like the proverbial of a shiny shovel

What engines do these abovementioned Rodeo's have? Is it the 3.2 DOHC V6.

Not sure but wacking the ecotec 3.8 in is a pretty common swap.

I know of the guy that frequents wsid in a white rodeo. His one is an older model though. turbo 2.6 (i think). has done a best of 12.2ish. doesn't look much from the outside but it hauls ar$e.
