Can anybody tell me if the HSV calipers (not R8) take the same pads as standard Holden ones?
I have just bought a Maloo and have a few sets of near new (and expensive) track day pads for my SS. I was just wondering whether to try and sell them in the classified forum or hold on to them.
Thanks in advance.

Depends what model HSV you have...

They are differant. HSV use a C5 caliper for the 330mm brakes or a Harrop 4spot on the 343mm Rotors. (Stock carsuse a C4 caliper on the 298mm Rotors)

Check out the brake pads review thread for LOTS of info on Pads

Pads on the 296mm disc look similar to pads for the 330mm disc
However they are not the same sadly.... if you use the wrong one in the caliper it can cause issues.
DB1331 (DB1344 full friction) is small caliper
7599 is C5 caliper

Harrops are a different thing altogether.
