VT Commordore 5speed problems

I got a vt manual not long ago and ever since ive had it it makes a weird noise when i change into gear, its sort of a clunk but its sort of not... its fine when i change thru the gears when im idle.. but when im going and i change from 1st to 2nd to 3rd and so on it makes a noise as it goes into the middle of the gearbox and into gear.. ive had a new clutch installed since ive had it as the old one went on me... any ideas anyone?? thanks for ya help!

btw it has no effect of the performance or anything, its just an ugly sound.. as far as i know....

does the sound come out when you release the clutch and sound like its coming from the rear of the car?

Its just the tailshaft, mine has always done the same. Its worse I notice when engaging reverse.

the tailshaft... yea im not too worried about it its just annoyin and when ppl get my car theyre like what the hell is that... when i change thru the gears when im idle theres no noise only when im going it makes a clumpy noise.. i also noticed that even when i put the clutch in when im driving before even movin the gearstick it makes a noise aswell...

one other thing when the car is cold and i start it up and reverse out my drive it makes a loud errrrrrp untill it bites.. i duno if theyre connected in anyway but i appericate your help
