Went down to Padstow this arvo, Sam fitted me in same day for a MAF HP Tune, evne if i did have to watch a couple of others get tuned before me (highway tuning up his VY Berlina/Calais/Wagon etc :))
prior mods were pacemakers, cats, sureflo custom exhaust.
the slight shock was the 183rwkw before the tune, i had recently got 222rwkw on a dynodynamics shootout, which i understand is quite different to dynolog.
despite that, i was only really interested in the power increase, and he wrangled 223.4rwkw out of the ute by the end of it. 40 odd rwkw aint bad in my book, he also bumped the rev limiter to 6500rpm from 6200rpm.
in short, its brilliant to drive in traffic and it just pulls to 6500rpm now, the last 1000rpm or so sits peak power flat till cutout, very nice!

sidebar: got to see darrens R8 there today, dropped off by his dad, jeez that thing sounds fantastic. is that a fully locked diff? anyway, so many awesome cars there, i wish i had a little more money to drop on fast bits :)
