It is getting there... when they show of "blue devil" then you are talking an amazing car. MSRP expecting to mear US$100k and lighter and faster than any Corvette before it.

HSV should stop kidding themselves and just import the Corvette. I mean, we make do with what we're given, but damn, the Corvette is the real deal.

Unfortunately the 'Vette is a LHD only - never engineered RHD so not likely. Now that the UK allows LHD cars to be registered it will require a change in ADRs to allow them in. How many would they sell - I'm betting no more than 1/2 dozen.

Sensational Car!!

Does put into perspective just how good the porsche Carerra S is. 3.2 litres less. Just under 160hp less and performance figures that are comparable. Talk about making the most of what you've got!!

As for bringing it here.....you'd be looking at $170k+ to get one. So it would be about as successful as the Dodge Viper was....or that 7litre Monaro....

But just in case I'm off to get a tatts ticket....could even be turned to the "dark side" for a Z06!!
