only just from what i read in auto action. :) GO THE WEST TIGERS :D
nsw still has two rounds, we can't whinge much..
How in ...heck... did Oran Park get the nod over Eastern Creek?? Oh yes...must be those wonderful spectator facilities....
...or the fact that ECR is historically the worst attended round of the year :)
Got any facts to back this up? I go to the Creek every year...been to Oran Park once...wont go back. What a dump.

Sunday crowd at EC this year was 17,000. Pretty pathetic. I think it was 30,000 on Sunday at Oran Park.
I have been going to both EC and Oran Park for years. Now lost EC for V8's and Oran Park closes in a year or so.
What do we want to see long term in Sydney ? Racing at a circuit like EC ? Or a street race of some sort which seems to be the line AVESCO are taking ?
Must say a street race has huge potential - just look at Adelaide. The Sydney market just seems 'disinterested' in motor racing compared to other states/locations.
