Gday guys,
I remember reading a post a little time ago that your company has manafactured a exhaust system for the Ls2.
Im interested in replacing the exhaust manifolds with a set of extractors.Id like to keep the rest of the exhaust in place for now on my clubsport.
Could you please inform me all the relevant specs and price and whether they bolt straight up or need welding, oxygen sensor wiring extensions, cat mods or replaced etc. Also the relevant size 1 3/4" or 1 7/8"OD,longtube or shorties,4-1 or tri-Y design. Also the hp gains that have been netted.
Im planning a tune and cai soon and thought that a set of headers would compliment the mods without the added cost of a full exhaust.

Yes ... we do have LS2 headers.
We offer them in 1-3/4" & 1-7/8", although we are currently out of stock of the 1-7/8". :( (The 1-7/8" are ideal for blown/stroked engines with >400kw, otherwise stick to 1-3/4").
We only do them in stainless and including the cats, as the cats also need to be increased in size to get the real benefit, but we offer a buy-back option for your old cats. We only do the 4-into-1 shorties, as the cats are too close to do effective tri-Y's. They are a direct bolt-up solution ... all standard wiring, O2 sensors, brackets etc are maintained, and they conform to ADR, emmission & noise laws.
Doing a back-to-back test, changing nothing except the headers/cats, there was a net gain of >6rwkw. A tune and CAI will make greater use of the free-flowing system, so the gains will be more significant. :D

I havent ruled it out completely, but the harrop headers look more suitable for me at this stage.
Thanks for that ken i have rang Damien and he needs to work out a price and call me back.Do you think the 1 7/8 will be too big or lose torque??Im prepared to wait a couple of weeks for these if they will serve better in the long run.
From what you have desribed these seem the perfect solution as i want to retain its stock like appearance.

I would stick to the 1-3/4" unless you are intending to stroke/head/cam the engine, or run a (yet to be released) TSK supercharger. ;)
I run the 1-3/4" on mine with the LS112 supercharger and are not experiencing excessive backpressure.
