LS2 Edit?

My LS2 clubsport is way more fun to drive than my previous VX11 R8

With headers and complete exhaust job (NZ so no cats)
its tearing the Pirelli's to bits and sounding great doing it.

Next on the list is to try and get an LS2 edit. You guys are spoilt for choice in OZ. Does any one know what my options are in the South Island of NZ. Mail order tune?

Watch the Pirellis, i did 5000kays with my first set of rears... i was a tad too excited, you might say :-)

Then i went for NangKang tyres, and i found them to last longer... i've done twice the amount of kays i did with the P zeros, and they're still looking good.

Excuse my ignorance, but no cats in NZ does that mean they don't come with cats from the factory or you are allowed to take them off because of diferent emmisions laws?

Different emmission laws and seemingly a different official tolerance to louder exhausts. Most of the fellow HSV owners I know have had the cats removed and exhausts replaced with something that sounds like a V8. The factory HSV exhaust note is very disappointing.

This could all change howver as the it seems the greenies will hold the balance of power following our recent elections.

Its great to hear you are enjoying your LS2. I have already completed several mail order tunes, and two of them were for customers in NZ. They both had exhaust mods and when they plugged in their edited computer, they were very impressed. If you would like to talk with us, PM me your details and I will call you with all the details.
