The tunes in VT LS1's were pretty basic, even the HSV's.
I have driven a relative's edited VTII HSV and it picked up about 30RWKW, but more importantly it drives a lot nicer, and the shift points on the auto improved a lot as well.
That car also had diff gears replaced to 3.46's and that made an enormous difference as well.
Hope that helps.

Do it. Had mine edited a few weeks ago and just the changes to the sifts make it worth it. Inital run ran 214.8rwkw after tune was 227.1rwkw. Thats with maf. Ive got exhaust, CAI and diff. I would like to change the manifold to the ls6 one but haven't done that yet. still 227 isn't to bad. Fuel ecconomy has improved by bout 3l per 100k. Great thing to do. Tuna and doughboy did my tune, very happy :D
