View Full Version : Some colour opinions needed

:D Mrs avalanche & I are after some opinions on which colour to go for in a new vz maloo r8. Your opinions would be appreciated. We are thinking sting red or fusion or turismo :confused: We were going to order the 15th anniversary edition but cant justify the extra cost for colour & tyre pressure monitors. Besides we will cover some kms & it would be a waste to clock up heaps of kms on a limited edition like that. Too many colours to choose from Thanx heaps.

You could always paint it Turbine :lol: . Personally, I like the red in the Maloos. I haven't seen a fusion one in the flesh though. Fusion sure suits the Monaro though :drool:

Thnks for the replies. ACt cross8 turbine would match the ava as well :D Man sting red looks the part. We are going to have alook at a standard maloo in fusion just to see the colour in the flesh.

Yeah, I'm a bit biased towards Turbine as well. Love it :D

Go the red!!! But of course I would say that.

I have lost count of the times that I have looked at my car and thought , sheesh I better give it a tub, only for some dude to walk past and say "Gee the car looks shiny!!"

Try and have a look at the fusion in bright daylight and again at dusk. The metallic finish and highlights make it look really different. it changes colour like ayres rock :)

Jimbo-Aus. A fusion maloo it is :D Went up sat arvo & they had a standard maloo on the showroom in fusion. Looks awesome. It really highlights the vz bonnet lines & works well with the blackouts on the front & rear. Colour is sort of like tiger. Im used to the different shades with some colours as the ava goes from almost a purple colour to a khaki green depending on the light.We will just have to see how long to get one now. :cool:

Its a real head turner of a colour....People stop and look at the colour on mine all the time. I feel like Tom Cruise in the munro...only I'm taller and don't have Katie Holmes :)
