No VE mules there - plenty of TT36 shots, and an SS taped up to look like a mule, but they wouldn't be that stupid to put their top secret model on a sales ad ...

yeah didnt think theyd let the VE out of the bag that easily

Here are some images from the commercial to take a closer look at. Are they the Torana clay models or closer to VE?

And is that trailing car a glimpse of the VE, even though the car in front is an SS with camo.

what ever the clay model is, its roof line would make a great 2 door coupe! :D

Looks like a monaro behind the SS (looking at the lights and front guards)

and the Clay is the TT36, you can tell because the line for the lights goes up the bonnet, the VE will have more squarer lights like the VZ only taller.

There is NO VE in there, i looked at every shot, and you can see distinct VZ quarter panels and not the HUGE flares of the VE.

i still think holden have been a bit tricky here, as soon as i saw the add i thought i could see glimpses of the new ve . . if its not then its still gotten those interested excited.

if they have inserted glimpses of the new ve its a gr8 way of slowly letting the cat out of the bag and a good merketting ploy. When i saw the add i didnt even pay attention to the 'employee discount' bit . . i was like theres bits of the new ve!! lol

The add goes too quick to actually see anything, tape it then watch it slow mo, but 25% off a new holden is better than nothing.

Employee pricing is 28% off rrp. Provided employee has been at Holden for 10 years (Elizabeth). Have posted that on the VE 6.0 ltr 6spd 20" thread somewhere.

That is only on special limited offers to employees and only on certain models. Standard employee pricing starts at 15% and goes to 20% increasing with years of service. I am sure you will find that the discount rate being offered in the ad is the base 15%.
