Hey
im in the market to upgrade the exhaust on my VT V6 Calais and was wondering what people reckon are a good brand of headers to use i can get HM and Lukey pretty cheap through work but just curious to see what other people would be inclined to use.

I've got Hi-Tech Headers on my V6, mainly because the price was right.
Pacemakers seem to be the popular choice/recommended brand for V6's from what I've read here and other forum's.

The difference is very noticeable, you wouldn't know it was the same car to drive, as I replaced the whole system too when fitting the extractors.
I always knew factory exhausts were restrictive and replacing it was the best $$ ever spent. I can't give you any figures as to KW increase over standard as I've never had it dyno'd. If you do a search you'll find the thread on my exhaust upgrade.

Pacemakers are tuned length and mandrel bent so they are the best for power. They are also a Forum Sponsor.
Most of the others are press bent and un-equal length.
