I have a VYSS ute & a VZ monaro. I'm fitting a Harrop Hurricane intake manifold plus injector upgrade, Pacemakers, 3" exhaust to Monaro & a Harrop Stealth supercharger plus injector upgrade, Pacemakers, 2 1/2" exhaust to the ute. I am looking for advice on camshafts to suit each vehicle. Any informed advice would be greatly appreciated. Greg Carter.

As mmciau said...There is a wealth of info on the board. Have a look at the sponsors section and have a chat to a couple of them. A lot is going to depend on how you want to drive the cars and what you are expect to achieve from the mods

How wild do you want your ute? As i can take you for a drive in my ute when i get back... If your Game ;) It's a Head/Cam/Vortech engine making 400rwkw.

Personally I'd go with the blower on the Monaro with the 3" and just a cam on the ute with the 2 1/2 or cam+blower+twin 3" exhaust. Just depends on what the purpose of using the power is for.

Or go see Dan at Chipmaster, he's a sponsor on the forum and did all tuning on my beast and can set u in the right direction if you just after a cam upgrade or exhaust.

I thought the Hurricane was only really good for stroker or big cube engines.
Might be worth talking to Harrop, or doing a search. I know its been discussed.

No Offense meant.. but what does one do to end up with 2xHSV, 1vyss ute, 1vz monaro, 1 LX torana drag car? Other than Mr Rouse?
