editing for sale posts?

hi
can someone please tell me how to edit a for sale post,or is this not possible?i have tried a search & it says if you need to change something just edit your post but it doesnt tell you how to do the edit.please help.

You can edit any post up to 15 minutes after you first submit it, then it is locked out. If you need to change the information shortly after that, report the post by clicking the Report Bad Post icon in the top left corner of the post window. If you are just reducing the price or adding pics, simply make a reply titled UPDATE

I'm guessing the problem is that the For Sale posts aren't immediately displayed, therefore you can't access it during the 15 minutes to edit it. Even if the edit feature starts from when the post is approved, you still don't know when it's going to be listed to jump in and edit it!!

Your best option is to either report the post or to reply to the thread with corrected details if it's not life threatening.

thanks for the replies.you are exactly right SCUD.i thought the second post would have to be my option.i will wait a while & do it ,nothing earth shattering just a few things i left out & 1 thing slightly incorrect.
