did anyone see the other older original xbox ad where the little baby gets shot out of the woman (birth) and goes flying through the air and ages 60-70 years in 30 seconds, and finally comes down and crashes into a grave - dead.

I agree Kurt ... It's not glorifying violence, it's a bit of fun. To those that think it should be banned ... don't tell me you never ran around playing cops and robbers / army games when you were a kid. If that add is too much for the public too see then they had better ban play time for all 10 year olds too, because that's exactly what it looks like.

But I think that's the point, how many of us have seen our parents playing computer games, how many of us that are parents love to play them too. I think the ad was just getting at the point that the cops & robbers / shot 'em up little kid inside of us never really goes away.

I get your point though and agree to an extent, I just can't believe they would ban that ad but things like the "shock tactic" car crash ads are ok ... the one with the Falcon ute slamming into the side of another car really freaked my 4 yeare old son out, but he laughed his arse off when he saw the Microsoft ad !!!
