Well the insurance co has payed me out in full and as most of you know, ive decided to be a cheap ass and get a 6 banger or something small to last me 6 - 12 months while i save for a REAL V8!!! (Yes it MAY be an LS1 :D )

Anyway here are some pics of the Exec i picked up. Im still amazed at how clean it is after paying only $4100. Its got 234,000Km on the clock, but from the outside you wouldnt know.

Insurace costs me a measly $512 PA  (Never thought insurance could be that cheap  )

Here are a coupla pics

Nice to see the roof linging is actually where is suppose to be..
Mine has started to fall down (like drapes).

:(

A mod that you could do is remove the 'bell mouth' if you want a rough idle

Prob a dead rat ? :)

A mate of mine offered to fix mine by using his trusty Staple Gun.. I said no thanks, will get mine fixed professionally... He did it to his car and I must say apart from the shiny staples it looks kinda nice..
I remember somebody telling me that they had a mate which used a hot glue gun but on a hot summer day (like last Sat) it all turned to water and dripped down onto the Seats, steering and floor.. was a mess..
Do it once and do it properly I think is the way to go.

Good on ya Ryzz ... you have taken the sensible option and it will be well worth it when the new ride arrives in 2006.
