gday all, Id like to lower my ss, possibly king superlows or the like. My Q is how hard is it to do myself. Are there any sites which detail the r&r of the front setup. The rear I know is as easy as unbloting the shocks and jacking up the body but the front Im not too sure of. Also any good (cheap) spring suppliers in perth. Lastly is there anyone NOR whod like to give me a hand to do this. Thanks Shaun PS does superlows make the car scrub on everything???????

Hey Shaun, lowering the front is not hard IF you have the correct tools. i suggest you take the front struts out yourself, then take it to a shop to have the springs fitted, then you can put the struts back in yourself. i would gladly help you but i live in melb.
superlows dont scrub on everything. just some things. lol
if you have anymore questions just pm me your number and i will be happy to talk you through it.
cheers, JC

Mitch at WA Performance & Service Centre (Leederville Auto Care) put a set of superlows on my VY last week, very happy, great height. Just gotta watch the kerbs at supermarkets!!

thanks guys, I believe I have all the tools for the job but Im not 100% sure about how to remove the strut from the car. I can see it is the 2 bolts at the bottom of the strut but where do I undo the top. Its not like older commys(vh) with the 3 nuts and the strut falls out. Any info appreciated....Shaun
