What are peoples thoughts on the HSV LE GTO?

I can't work it out. I'm not sure if it's the missing wing or the bonnet and boot stripes but something looks wrong with this car.
Sorry if this has already been covered.

Also does anyone know what you get for your 21K dealer team spec add on with a HSV?

I am not sure on Coupe but I think sedan goes like this

There are 2 stages to the Track Pack

Stage 1

Short Shifter
Performance Suspension
SV6000 Type Gaurd Vents
Bigger Power Steering Cooler
High Ratio Power Steering Rack
AP Brakes 6 Piston front & 4 piston rears
Boot Badge

Stage 2 (extra over stage 1)

Driver Dynamic Interface (DDI)
Ohlins Adjustable Suspension
Tyre Pressure Monitors (TPM)

Somewhere in there is the OZ wheels

I think the steering rack isn't necessarily higher ratio'd, its just a linear ratio rack.

Yep, linear ratio rack it is. As much info as can be gathered is there at the above link.

Goof.

Looks like stuff you might want if you were a serious track day punter. It seems like a lot of money though.....I wonder what mods you could do yourself along the same lines for less money?

If things continue the way they are for me money wise, I will most likely be buying one of these within a few months. Either black or Yellow, but I might get rid of the stripes.

Very nice, what other mods do you have planned?

Ease up, I haven't even ordered it yet :P

Well, if I do end up with one of those LE GTOs, what I would like to do in order of preference is...

Sunroof
Upgrade suspension, 40mm lower all round.
Exhaust
VX or VY GTS rims.
Upgrade brakes
Stereo

Then performance mods. It'll be manual as well.

My boss has one of the LE Coupe's on order (yellow with black stripes) ... to be delivered in Feb.

Not too keen on the yellow with black stripes, but the Phantom Black with ‘Light Gold’ accents and ‘Ochre’ interior trim would be sweet. Something different.

Would it have looked better if they had continued the stripes all the way down the front to the frnot bar aka Elanor style?
