Hi all,
I would just like to share my experiences since buying my VZ Clubbie a few weeks ago from a dealer here in Brisbane.
To cut a long story short when I polished the car about 4 days after I picked it up I noticed a scuff mark on the roof of the car and the drivers side rubber trim that runs from front to rear. It looked like a detailers buffer got caught there. I also found a slight dent on the drivers side A pillar which was barely noticeable unless you happened to polish it!
Anyway I thought that was my bad luck as I couldn't prove anything but when the salesman rang me to see how the car was going and I mentioned my findings and he without hesitation told me to bring it in when I could to have it checked. So I did today and they said yes they would look after it for me.
Sweet I thought! Then the salesman said he would arrange a day next week for him to come around to my place, pick up my car whilst leaving me his company car (Clubbie R8 I think ) and when it was fixed he would return it with a full tank of fuel!!:D Not only that but he told me to make sure the tank was near empty when he picked it up!
I don't know about anybody elses experiences but I have to say I am damn impressed as I have owned a few new cars in my time from makes such as Toyota, Subaru etc etc and they left me to out to dry as soon as I drove off out of the showroom.
It makes all the difference having a fantastic after sales service and I know where I will be buying my next HSV in the future. :driving:
Have a great day all!
