This is tough:shock:

americancarfans.com

All the horsepower of the Corvette slammed into the Pontiac Solstice. The 400hp GM LS2 engine is an awesome addition to this super slick roadster. Mallett Cars has engineered it as a complete package. Extensive track and street testing has been done to assure that this car handles better than stock on either a Sunday drive or on a road course. The cars are complete from front to back using Genuine & Official Licensed Products of GM with the stock OEM catalytic converters in place to assure state emission compliances. And only Mallett Cars will back this kind of performance with a 2-year, 24,000 mile warranty.

You ask, how can they put a V8 in a car like this? All of the Mallett Pontiac Solstice V8 performance upgrades are designed to work in harmony. The rules with this Mallett Pontiac Solstice V8….There are none!! A 2800lb. car with our muscle in it will take performance to a new level.

Only 100 cars will be built! With a base price of only $18,000 they will be sure to go fast. Packages are still available. Order yours today!

What an absolute beast!

Boy you could have a LOT of fun with that thing:burnout: :headbang:

The LS2 looks a little cramped in there tho.

I thought the same regarding the price. But after a bit of a look around soon worked out that the $18k is the conversion cost. So, you need to supply the base car.

See:

p.s. I'll take the supercharged package!

Yeah,

It looks like it weighs something around 1,000 kg's too.

You'd have a lot of fun frying up the tyres (NOT tires) at Wakefield / Winton etc

You'd also have a lot of drama avoiding wheel spin on the road. The local constabulary's Car Confiscation Dept would be swarming around like bees around a honey pot waiting to apply the "sustained loss of traction" regs!

I guess it would be an ideal beast for Drift Races (assuming it's possible to hang the tail out).
