I am looking at getting my exhaust (cat back) in the next couple of weeks and was wanting to know a couple of things. I will be getting just a cat back system for now and adding the rest in the next few months. When I get the cat back should I spend the extra money to open my cats up or get new ones or should I just wait for that mod until I get my headers? I think I be going for the stainless Di Filippo system as I will be hanging onto the ute for awhile. Any help would be appreciated or if there is a thread I should look at. There is so many.:doh:

See what others say but considering price vs performance I would probably stick with opened stock cats unless you have big plans for mods later down the track. I had opened cats and went for hi flo di filippo cats, it did change the exhaust note a little but I only picked up 3rwkw.
