Getting SS Side and Rear Skirts Painted - Should I do 2 tone?

Gday there,
I am getting my SS side skirts and rear lip painted and Im wondering if I should get the bermuda blue all over or should I get bermuda blue with the bottom parts of the skirts (the smaller lip) painted in the HSV gray as seen on the front of the VX HSV clubsports?

Looks good on the Calais when the whole bottom lip is down, but pretty tacky when only half is done IMO (like your image).

Usually looks like those VN-VS Execs that get around with poorly fitted VX Clubby kits.

That's just my 2c though. Actually I'm interested to know how much it costs to get those lips painted in grey...my Calais rear bar has started to flake a bit (heat from rubber after burnouts at the drags :().

Yeah thats a good point on the VN-VS Execs Febs, mine are costing about $120 each to paint but im getting it done as part of insurance work so its mostly free. ;)
