I got in touch with the guys from harrop on some headers etc for my clubby was abit unsure what they meant by refundable deposit..
Thank you for your enquiry.
Currently we have manufactured headers and high flow OE cats to suit the
LS2 as fitted to our LS2 GTO test mule. We have found that the cat back
system to be capable when fitted with our LS112 supercharger kit.
The mule is currently making mid 370rwkw using the standard rear exhaust
system.
Our headers and high flow cats to suit the LS2 are $1,550.00 inc GST,
plus a refundable deposit of $1,400.00 for the return of your standard
cats once fitted.
If you have any queries, please feel free to contact me for assistance.

Think it means that if you put an additional $1,400.00 down at the time of purchase, when they finish the job they give you your $1,400.00 back as well as your original cats???

I dare say that they want the price for the zorst, PLUS $1400 up-front.
Once they receive your old cats, they will refund the $1400.
They appear to be using the standard cats (oe cats) in the system and opening them up to suit their specs.
Hope this helps.

Macca is correct. The $1400 is a deposit to ensure you return your old cats.

I spoke to them late last year and i believe that the header they sell is a shorty type, with the cats in their original position. Thus their system will bolt straight up to the cat back without the need for o2 sensor extensions. The deposit sounds a little over the top though.

A have a few cats i can send em. last ones cost me $100 ea. Could be a great earner to send em all the cats you can find :stick:
I'd say thats a typo. $140 sounds more reasonable.

I think you will find it is $1550 for the Headers
and cats. You also pay a $1400 deposit to
ensure you bring your old cats back to them
once you have fitted the ones they sold you.
Still bloody expensive though. What do they
do to the cats to make them Hi Flow? Is it
even possible to make a standard cat into
a hiflow cat?
