Just went to Alan Mance Holden in Melton(Melbourne) for a look see and noticed a brand new HSV Senator which is sitting at the front of the dealership trashed , it now has only 1 wheel and 3 good windows and jack is still under car and front right wheel is holding car up and jamed under guard. Some not very nice people have wrecked a nice car:flamin: Took photos with my phone but don't know how to post them.
Police do know about car..

Theives should have they f@rking hands cut off, it's one of my pet hates.
My guess would be the locknut was in the glovebox hence the smashed windows.
Was this the glaze blue senator ?

I have had a car and a motorbike stolen in the past so I am all for thieves getting their hands chopped off :flamin:  :rocket:
It's always sad when you see a nice machine or whatever that's been stolen and vandalised.
If I ever caught one in the act...........:astavista:

Very sad to see, maybe it was a set up waiting for the thieves and they are now on camera. Hope so bloody tiprats. The dealer needs to put cars such as this one away at night or hire night security like some dealers are doing now.

Often people just drive past when they see this sort of thing happening these days, they don't call the cops even, just don't want to get involved.:diddy:

Year's ago whilst wandering a Geelong Ford new & used car yard (was about 11pm at night) , i came across a then current model fairlane at the front side of the lot. It's key's were still in the ignition and doors unlocked !
I had the courtesy to call the manager's number which was listed on a showroom window and told him of my find. He was very appreciative i called and then asked me to keep the keys for the night and to drop them off to him in the morning. When i rocked up in my commodore he offered me a free tank of fuel from the yard's fuel bowser out the back. Of which i was more then happy to oblige !
What a sweet man. It is the one and only time i had respect for a car dealer. (no offence meant to any reading) hehehehe !! :driving:
Um . . . present company excepted of course!
We have to make exceptions for fellow Gen III drivers.

yeah i had the same sorta thing happen to me While was looking for my current Ride car with all 4 windows down ( no Keys tho ) I just thought shit aye.... Didnt wanna go unlocking the car to do the window up cause Knowing my luck id be thrown in the watchhouse for it:lol: .
in this case i am sure the Dealer had cameras, the Local HSV dealer up here has Cameras and a all night guard that does the rounds of the yard on a little scooter. Nothing worse then seeing a HSV with half a badge Scratched off.
anyone like the idea of Public Floggings ?:whip:

To be honest guys, all car dealers/yards around australia are asking for it when they leave these kinds of cars out in the open or even just plain jane cars. Not that im happy to see things like this happening.
Car yards may have cameras, but whoopie bloody do! Cameras are only usefull if they get great footage of the offenders in action (facial footage). If these guys are covered up, well its just to bad. Plus cameras arent really put in the best spot. It doesnt even matter how much lighting the yards have either.
Ex shopping centre night security officer, so i know what im on about. Security officers are limited to 1 or even better 2 to watch over alot of cars.
But this shit can happen to anyone, so look after your pride & joy & take every step necessary to keep it in one piece & at home...

I was at a Holden dealer a couple of weeks ago on Napean HWY checking out some cars pretty late at night.. was nice to walk around and see all the new holden's.. new viva etc..
then walked to the HSV section there was a couple of Maloo's, a Senator and even a brand new Black Grange sitting outside! was awsome to have a close look inside the grange. gives you chance to really check out the interiors in the cars and lines on the body etc. I wasnt really paying attention but i dont think there was any cameras outside..

I can't agree with you on that one mate - i think we should all be able to park wherever we want without fearing that some lowlife pr!ck will come along and take something we've worked hard for !!
Maybe if the judicial system was a lot harsher on theives some of them might think twice before deciding to take the easy way out and just stealing what they want !!
Minimum two years for first offence for theft of cars / accessories i reckon - then add 5 years for every offence after that. That'd make the scumbags hesitate a bit...

i completly agree fats
these little f$*ks need to be taught a lesson they steal a car or parts of a car and get a slap on the wrist so as soon as they go through that sh*t they think hey didn't get in much sh%t for that i'll do it again.
and it pi##es me off even more when not only do they steal your car or wheels or badges or what ever they decide that they will wreck ya car as well like the windows in the picture.
a mate of mine just recently had his wheels pinched and to make it worse they kicked in almost all the panels and scratched stuff into the bonnet.
and yes i recon public wipping should be introduced
sorry to get agitated
