Visiting Brisbane (Help requested)

Hi I am coming on a flying visit to Brisbane, the gold coast and the sunshine coast 13/14/15/16 Feb. I am coming to look at commercial real estate investments and/or industrial developments (just looking at this stage).

Are members involved in that space and willing to share some advice?
Anybody a commercial real estate agent interested in showing me the area/s and whats happening? Anybody with some online guidance? Where, Who, Who Not, Where Not, Up and coming areas, whos building what where? etc.

Looking for:
Contacts in Real Estate, Design, Leasing, Valuing, Developing, Investing (I am not interested in residential investments!).

Anybody out there? :D

Mate send me an email, involved with the development side of commerical estate within Brissy. Tied up with ETS group, Mirvale, Stocklands, Hutchinsons etc. We several major projects lined up, etc. Not sure wat you are exactly looking at, but we are always keen for new investors :) Also involved with development of new Self Storage facilities that are prooving to be a great cash cow :D
