View Full Version : Update on Chev's dyno day
Goodaye all. Just a little update on the dyno day. I have the use of a vacant block of land 2 doors up the road for a car park where we will park the cars before running on dyno to keep you guys off the street. The speed limit for built up industral estate is 50kph. The local law enforcement boys know about the day so keep a level head. Hoping they might join in:love2: Five catagories of trophys. Looking forward to the 18th. If you have any questions please reply. Cheers Chev

G'day Gary, I put the D/F 4 - 1s on today, so I'll be interested in the gain over the cat-back only.
It sounds schweet and runs up the rev range a bit smoother (and quicker) to boot.
See you there.
Regards,
Macca

Yeah, ran it a few months ago - 195rwkw with shitey rich AFRs - untuned, so I'd hope to release a couple more, as a tune is still a couple of months off. It certainly feels more eager to get up and dance.
Cheers,
Macca
Excellent idea with the empty block Gary, should make for a good photo too

It's gonna be a huge day for all of us. We'll be on fire if we run 40 cars!!! :flame: BRING IT ON!
Goodaye guys and gals. When you arrive, Bean Man, JT and Krizto will be taking down names and directing you into the land car park. From there we will park the cars in front of the workshop for fluid level and tyre pressure checks. After running on dyno, we will get the cars back into the land car park for photos and mini car show:dance: Weather is looking good. The local smoko shop will be putting on a great breakfast at a competative price for those who haven't eaten. We will be supplying BBQ lunch for free with soft drink at $1.00 per can.

Sorry CHEV and everyone else. I have to pull out on todays festivities. I have been "nominated" to be the chauffer in the wedding in going to today :( So I have no chance of making it to a dyno run. Sorry for the late reply, they only asked me last night. I had no choice.
If the winner of the day pulls less than 350rwkw. Ill be mighty dissapointed. Cause that means i could have won!!!!!!! :flip3:
