Post Count Problem

Everytime i go to reply to a thread or pm i get a message stating i need a post count of 10 and that my post count is 7 temporarily - what does this mean and how do u fix it so i can keep on posting replying etc.... please help

You post count will only increase if you are posting in the Technical or Private sections. Forum Bar, General Forum & Sponsors Sections DONT count.
