Did anyone see the story on A Current Affair on thursday night regarding some DVD they want banned? Biggest load of crap ive seen in my life!
For those that didnt watch it, the 'authorities' want to ban this dvd which looks like it was produced in USA - it shows cars been going sideways in carparks, people doing donuts on what looked like a closed off area, dangerous driving on the street...etc
They think it will encourage dangerous driving - thing that got me was when the video was first introduced here, it came in as 'non-classified' - but now because of the killjoys, it gets an M15 rating.
whats next, ban street machine and motor for showing and talking about fast cars?
Funny how i can walk into any video store and hire a film showing drug dealing, murder, rape - why dont they complain about those?
ACA must be very short on stories - even the story they did about crash repair quotes the same night was a repeat some time ago.

Whats even worse about the show is that they always show stories from NSW and claim the story to be 'Australia Wide'

Vx_Adonis: you make a good point about all of the sex/drugs/murder/rape/incest/pedohpilia crap in some of the movies out there that you can just go rent. But ban a film that's got a bit of a wheelspin.

I'd much rather see some hoon doin doghnuts in peek hour in the middle of traffic lights than alot of stuff they portray in M/M15+ movies.

I mean even common movies like 'Gladiator' had some dude who wanted to screw his sister. I don't remember if he did end up doing it or even raped her or something...but what sort of crap does this portray compared with a bit of a skid!!
