when replying or posting a new thread i dont get the column in the right with all the smilies anymore, where have they gone?

Still there mate, ive always gotten them. Maybe try refreshing your screen and see if they come back.

You won't get them if you click on the "Quick Reply" button.

You should however get them when you click the "Post Reply" or "New Post" buttons.
