2 questions: VT/VX carpet and what does TOG mean? -

I have 2 questions:

Does the carpet used in the VT commodores change in colour to that of the carpet used in the VX commodores?

I ask this due to the fact that the interior colour changes from grey in the VT 1's - VX 1's to black in the VX 2's.

My other question, what does TOG stand for and mean in relation to cop cars?

TOG means Traffic Operations Group. They are now called TMU, Traffic management Unit
