Well I have made the decision to keep the Coupe for track days and special occasions. I found a VYIISS with only 8000kms on it and in immaculate condition, only driven weekends. The guy that owned it lived in Dubbo so it has done mainly longer trips, not much stop / start out that way. I have already changed the interior to leather (see the NVU forum) and will do a few performance mods, but over all it will remain a street car with a few mods.
Here are some pics;

You sir are officially no longer allowed to visit this website. :cool:
The website title is ls1.com.au NOT ls1'S.com.au which obviously now excludes you. :teach:
To explain:
LS1 means you are allowed to own: 1 LS1- Hence the 1
LS2 means you are allowed to own: 2 LS2's- Hence the 2
Now this 3 x LS1's business that you have entered into is just totally unacceptable behaviour. Shall we now be calling you Mr LS3?:p

The bowls hat is there ... you just can't see it !!!
I generally agree Geoff and I actually pulled them off the day I got the car. The problem is that the car lived in Dubbo before I got it and the small space bewtween the mudflap and the body work was full of gravel, hence the body work looked fairly shithouse in the area the mudflap covered, but fine everywhere lese :mad: Also, whoever put them on put the screws whereever was easiest and there are actually screw holes on the outside of the body moulding :mad: :mad: :mad:
So after I had them off and did the best I could to clean up the body work, I put them back on. The do keep the sides of the car clean ...

The mud flaps add to the sleeper look, especially when Nick comes to his senses and slots the stroker in there out of the coupe. If you have to have an engine sitting doing nothing, it might as well be the stocker Nick!

It's not a mod, it's a necessity. No point changing rims if you are not gonna change the ride height. So far u have modded ur cars to perfection, don't let this one down :)
Oh and the mud flaps, Im sure u can already work that one out ;)

Class in all directions. Nice work. Never really liked white cars before I saw your SS. Picked my car up from Sonny's on monday evening and was curious as to why the cover is over the coupe. Stop the prying eyes so close to launch date perhaps or is it the old girl gets cold at night in winter?

I thought the same thing, always thought white cars were for boring accountants ... wait a minute !!! :confused: Seriously though, I really like how it's turned out, the GTS rims and the Harrop brakes really make the difference, the leather inside makes it a very nice place to be and Sonny's mafless tune combined with the ripshift make it a heap of fun to drive !!!
