Validation.... How long does it take???

Now I wasn't gonna post anything about this.
I just thought I'd sit back and wait.... and wait.... and WAIT!!! Hey, I'm a reasonably patient sorta guy. :banghead:
But now I'm thinking okay, I've sent 2 emails off to two different mods, one of which was responded to. Yet, here tis almost 2 weeks since the two chaps who emailed mods to "vouch" for my validation and to date.... zippo, ziltch, zero, numero uno, nothing has happened!!

So, my question is.... How long does this process take??

Now I'm quite happy to front the board and walk the burning embers of indifference. To be judged by superiors and ridiculed by inferiors. Gee I might even shout a beer or 6, but what actually gives here? :stick:

How long does it take to pass on to the uninitiated, the revered handshake of the righteous ones??? :limpy:

Don't know which Mods your nominators have been contacting, but they haven't followed the rules and sent the nominations to moderators (http://www.ls1.com.au/forum/sendmessage.php) ... I've checked the emails all the way back to the start of 2005 and can't find anything there mentioning your username.
Once the rules are followed and the emails submitted via the correct channels, the validation will usually go ahead within 24hrs.

Your question should have also been directed to moderators (http://www.ls1.com.au/forum/sendmessage.php) rather than creating a new thread

As stated Tron, Email the mods, if you have a problem, email us, dont have to bring it up here. And as always if people follow the RULES, there shouldnt be the need for these posts.

re. the email problem, its not something we can look at, Sidey can see if things are working *we are recieving emails* so it more then likely is a problem on the other end. (sonny)
