OK guys, finding it hard to find an outright buyer for my 427.

So anyone out there with a low km LS2 who was considering building an engine or wants a big power upgrade, I'd do a deal on swapping your LS2 for the 427.

So for next to no cost to you (installation + tuning), you can swap your LS2 engine for a big banger stroker!

This is the thread with details on the 427: http://www.ls1.com.au/forum/showthread.php?t=48407

Send me a PM if you have an LS2 and I'll let you know what I have in mind...

Hey Drew, I'm interested in outright purchase of motor if still available. Apparently I cant pm at moment due to lack of posts. My mobile is 0418748255 if you want to text or chat. I have a number of questions. Cheers Rob.

Given that there are a few new LS2 crate engines floating around for about $6000 this could be a real cheap 427 :xmas:

LS2 crate engines are $10,000 as far as I know, normal LS1 crate engines are $5200 approx. Care to enlighten me where you can get one for $6000?

I have been hunting around for an LS2 on the net for the last couple of months and the best price i can find is $7500 through Bay City Holden (Dandenong).

Just hoping you may be willing to help me out with where i can get one for around $6000 as mentioned.

This is the first internet forum i have joined and i would appreciate any advice.

Thanks

The ones that were going cheap are long gone. $7500 is a good price for a new one, they are a great engine!
