Theres no need or reason for modifying a car for street racing! If you want to hammer you car, do it on the track in a safe environment.

Don't risk your life aswell as other peoples lives in the process...

Those mods can have nothing to do with street racing, if the "owner" simply had all those mods done for proper track or street racing, it's probably left that way for use as a comute vehicle.

Having modifications of any kinda does not immediatly make you a street racer, otherwise everyone on this forum could be labelled a street racer etc.

Unfortunatly we have to becareful when labelling cars and people, but the governments dont care, In thier eyes we are all speed freaks with no regard to other people. (Well, maybe sometimes..)
