It is hard to determine the character of someone in 1 or 2 face to face meetings and due to the number of less savoury characters out there the validation requirements have to be at least as strict as they are now. I don't think chris will be vouching for anyone any time soon that he hasn't known for a long time and neither should other people.

you guys seem a little harsh on this bloke.

He tells this story beleivable or not, you could choose just to ignore it if not interested. it was posted in the right section. but many decided to slap him down bigtime, and he returned some of that at the time.

My point is a lot of shit gets posted in the forum bar. yet not all the ppl that do so get slapped down like this guy did. isn't the forum bar for things like this very X files granted but it was his story. i didn't see the need to tell him he was a nut case etc myself. it seemed weird to me so i didn't post anything in reply.

i don't know, this guy seems to be the victim to me crazy or not. if he believed i was correct and got some of the comments he got understandable he jacked up a bit. which then led to his ban. seemed to be a group bashing mentality because he was different to mention this story.

there been worse than that. anyone that post weird stuff should also be bashed and banned to be fair.

I usually wouldn't nominate anyone unless I'm sure I wouldn't regret it, when it comes to Jeremy I have known him for longer then I have been a member on this forum.
I have done work to his cars, been on cruises with him etc and 99.5% he has been quite a good bloke to talk to and also very polite.
What he has done lately is a bit out of character for him but its still no excuse to come on here and act the way he did (calling members wankers or what not) even if some of you guys did give him a hard time that wasn't really called for.
Everyone goes off the deep end at some stage, even some of your sponser have.;)

I think Jeremy just had a moment or something is happening in his life thats got him on edge (still no excuse I know), which I can't control so I don't see what that should be my fault?

Too true, i had a bloke with a ute here in Perth PM me once trying to get validated, had never seen or met him, politely told him the procedures needed, then basically got abused by him, telling me it was all a bit 'poofy' what the forum owners required for validation.
Needless to say he started hanging round with others here, and got validated by them.

But i agree with vt2vx, cut the bloke a bit of slack, its just a car forum for blokes and sheilas who like cars....our lives dont depend on it.

I think this has been summed up perfectly. I suggest you pull your head out of your ass, apologise for the comments you made before and wasting everyones time or you can go on a nice little one way holiday AWAY from LS1 for good!!!!.
