New Forum?

So Im not imagine things..the forum has undertaken a metomorphis stage....wierd *L*...was unaware of a forum change was on the agenda....I dont recall any threads discussing this or undertaking the change?? Or did I miss it..:doh: please tell me I didnt miss it....we have offline/online status now...But its all good dont get me wrong...was just unaware of the impending change...Was hoping all the memebers could put in some ways/suggestions on the way the forum is run/updated/minor changes and whatnot...:)

I tried to send a PM just as the forum was being changed. Its not in my sent, so I had to redo a shortened version..

freaked me out, didnt know where the 'view new posts' was :) then i saw it and all was good once again, this black text box thing is stupid tho:slap: .. going all goth or something? :) like the other facelifts tho, especially the forum leaders, easy way for 'newbies' to get help if needed . Is this a forum upgrade to a new version? or hacks to the old one? i cant see any vbb numbers..

Noticed some new styles aswell, you HAVE been busy! needs some new logo's and buttons tho, but it looks good. :dance:

Although the forum administrators are doing a fantastic job I have to agree with Haroc i'm not a big fan of the black text boxes either. I'll keep in mind it's probably only tempoary and it's all a work in progress.

Thanks for the kind words .. This is alot of hard work and has taken alot of effort .. had to do a 5 day crash course in php ...

Nope :slap: I am not maintaining multiple styles ... this is the new style 001 and I am now working on 002 which will have buttons better blended with the theme etc. Don't hold ya breath tho..

It's not as simple as just adding the style (what I originally thought) .. each style is interlinked with a replacement set as well as a template set and they are all mutually dependant .. so for each style you need to maintain 3 different sets and the temp0late set has over 200 templates :shock:
