Hey Guys, ive been a member for a long time but have been away for the past few months (busy with work n stuff) .. but i'm bak and will be more involved in site..
ive never posted a pic of my car and thought i would to see wat u guys think.
Now i know some guys dont like this look but its an on/off thing.
Yeh and i just got off my p's today becas i turned 21.. i had the car for 1 year so far and have been booked for Power:Weight 6 times. total of $660

The car is running bout 235 at wheels, 3.9:1 in the ass, M6
its going into CSV again wednesday to go mafless, OTRCAI, and speedo calibrated.

The car looks VERY nice. I love the rear spoiler delete option, I reckon it makes the car look lower than it actually is.

You definitely need some nice alloy wheels on her though.

i've got wheels, i bought the set of ceptors for 100 bucks with new tyres
so i thought i would kill em.
i recon it looks tuff

Love the VY SS, one of my favs. As soon as I saw the pics I knew those wheels were changed as a fashion statement. I know what effect your trying to get and I dont mind it.

Hmmm ... VYSS with no rear spoiler, you have got me thinking, looks good.

Personally I'd have some mags on it, but each to his own.

My only question is, what is the point of these laws if all they do is give you a fine, all that means is that any P Plater with cash can drive whatever they want. :doh:

So as a red p plater my self, what is the consequence of me driving a v8 if i am complying to all other rules such as p plates displayed and etc... not getting ideas to buy a v8 now just the drive a friend/relatives v8 once a blue moon.

ive had the car looking standard (only lowered) for a year and did not get 1 comment on it. noone would look.
having the car like this for a week made so much difference. got 2 girls numbers :) guys everywhere are commenting. mostly young guys.
i guess the older boys just like the car looking neat, compared to scary

you are 100% right, my cousin drives his ss around with 20 inch shadow chrome hps on the front and rims like yours on the back, grabs alot of attention and looks good lolz

are the coupe4's endowed with the GTO style spoiler? i forget. if so keep it, if its just a poxy monaro spoiler id ditch it. those coupes look best with the gto/s spoiler, then nothing at all.

finally im not alone on this forum
im also a P-plater driving a VY2 SS ... tho unlike u ive still got 2 years on my Ps so still gota worry bout the cops but thats not stopping me from getting a difillipo exhaust sometime soon. Sick of it sounding like a 6 unless my foot is planted!
Future plans include lowering and removing the spoiler as u have.
2 of my mates have done the exact same, both black lowered wit no spoiler one of the stock rimz the otha wit GTO's. My car is the cosmo purple.
We all live around calder park so let us know when you will b der n we can organise a line up. There is a fair few P-platers cruisin da LS1s round here so i think we should get them all 2getha for a cruise, wouldnt the cops luv that lol

i agree furys8 the black steelies look like yourve just been out dropping patches,
if you want 15" steelies the only way to do it would be to put real interceptors on which are 15*7 (silver with silver centercap's)
other then that the car looks nice with no spoiler & the chev badges

Nice car, i see the tough aspect, and I like. I had thought about doing that to mine at one stage too. Big, black, loud, and the black rims just scream 'back off!'. Your exactly the same, except white!
