Redbook code is actually closer to FORD86BZ. It is a Fairmont Ghia, manufactured in Feb 1986.

Considering there are only 22,000 kms on the clock, I reckon it's not too bad.

Don't get me wrong, I hate FORDS just as much as the next person, but I didn't really see the funny side of it.....

Im a Ford man more than Holden, but AU Fairmonts are booking at 2 k less than that shit heap, if that xf is worth 10k there are alot of ea,eb,ed,ef,el and au owners sitting on gold mines.

More importantly for 10k you can find xf's with some big big dollars spent both in mechanical and body departments, typically xf fairmont ghias would struggle for $1500 no matter how clean.

10k is dreaming....I guess not everyone finds everything funny.:banana: I find the dancing Banana funny........
