street machine commodore magazine

Hi guys
I know this thread might get booted,But i posted a WTB add in the classified section and got no hits.

So i thought i might give the forum section a go.

I am after the last volume "street machine commodore magazine"
If my memory serves me correctly it featured the cv8-z with a write up about the monaros,It also had a article about a reporter that road tested a red monaro and crashed it.

I hope im on the right track as i cant quite remember the mag as i only read 1/4 of it before the f%$^ing cat pissed on it and the misses chucked it out on recycle night. :mad:

The mag might have had a blue VK on the front cover.

Please help as i was enjoying my read before the cat crossed its path.

It's still the current issue as far as I know, but I can't see much about a red Monaro or CV8-Z in it.

It does however have photos of two forum members' cars (VooDoo and myself). :D

The cat is not a good subject right now (my 4 year old daughter had to watch me scream and throw it out side by the head)

Just a quick update on the edition im after.

I have been chatting via a pm and it appears the edition im after was old stock sold to me (hense why i thought it was last edition)

I think the edition im after is 14 (january)

I have the Jan 2006 edition (No 106) in front of me. I can't see the Monaro story you describe in it. There is a Monaro near the back of the mag titled "Mambo Bolero"....

It has the "car of the year". I don't think it's the one you are after.

I have the Jan 2006 edition (No 106) in front of me.
I think you must have "Street Machine" not "Street Machine Commodores" ... SMC issue numbers are around 14 / 15 / 16, not 106.
