We done some more tuning today and for the first time achieved 8.4lbs boost
problem is that at higher Rpm it drops.Grant modified the idler pulley which gave us the 8.4 but we are still experiencing belt slippage and gets worse as the belts gets hot.I believe that a gilmore type system would work,but am unsure if they are available for LS1 if you can offer any advice on how to stop belt slippage it would be appreciated. Prior to Grants little mod the belt could not be kept on.I believe that if this issue can be resolved it will be one very tough package,the smmothness of its delivery is second to none.The car feels alot tougher then the stroker we had in it Congratulations on a great product.Its amazing what it can do with the right engine combo.......:6bow:

Hi Serge ...
I assume that it is the front belt which is slipping, as we have not had any incurable transfer belt slippage.
We do have a solution for those who have had some front belt issues, usually only evident at sustained high rpm ... we offare an 8PK belt & pulley kit to replace the standard 6PK.

Could some one save my searching and tell me which blower Sergen is having belt slip with?

I am about to do a procharger and would like to use a gilmer drive but apparently its not possible.

8pk serpentine is the fix is it Ken ?
