Once you have your picture on putfile hold left button on mouse and drag bottom of you picture where it shows (IMG) then right click and select (CUT) minimize putfile head back to ls1 type your post in (go advanced) click where it shows (insert image) box will drop top left of screen put arrow (curser) in box and right click select (paste) then your done.
