Gday all
The pockets on the back of my seats in the GTS have come away at the top. The plastic clips seem to have broken away. I used to store a melways in there and i guess over time the weight of it has taken its toll. My question is, how could i repair this? I tried some heavy duty tape and also double sided tape but they dont stick to the seat material.
Any ideas?

There is a special kit available from Holden to fix these things. Comes with instructions and a replacement pocket and clips.

G day oxblood8 the same thing happened on my vx ss. I took off the lumbar support dial on the side of the seat and when u do that you will find a cer clip on the lumbar support bar. You have to remove the clip ( it is a little bit fiddely ), and then you can start to remove the plastic frame around the seat. When the plastic frame is removed you should c the foam padding of the seat.Down at the bottom of the wire rods that make up the seat frame you will see the white plastic clips. There should only be 2 of them. You can get these staight from youy local holden dealer. It is just a case of re fitting the frame and clip and lumbar dial back on. Hope this helps.

VT 17I grey interior, 92140966 pocket kit, about $40ish dollars if they are the vinyl type. The posts have been modified to make them thicker, and this reduces the chance of breaking like they used to...

I can confirm what lindsay has said, it's a piece of cake. I took the seat out to do it, and had to buy a whole new pocket (the pocket snapped off not the clip on mine) but it really is pretty easy.

Thanks for the replies guys. Just out of interest, how much is it for new pockets. The elastic in mine has also stretched right out and if new pockets are a reasonable price i might just grab a couple.

Just finished putting the new pockets on, came up a treat. Thanks to all the replies fellas, was a great help.
btw. If anyone has trouble with the pin on the lumber support when putting the dial back on, just put the pin on the dial first and push it straight on.
Thanks again
