single 31/2 or twin 3

well i just purchased a vy maloo 6 speed and want to put a better exhaust on it.

i was going to go for the single 3 1/2 but on the back of the maloo it has 2 exhaust holes so i was woundering if the twin 3 would be just as good if not better.

and i will be doing other mods after this. cams, heads etc.

Personally, I'd got the twin 3"s ..

Unless your going a GenT kit, thats the only reason i'd ever look at a large single exhaust.

The search function is your friend.....this has been asked and answered many times :) btw I have twin 2.5"

Be careful of twin 3" on an LS1, unless you have cam/FI/stroker, it may very well be TOO Big.

Twin 2.5" or single 3.5" have been known as the better options for a bolt-on car. (LS1)
