Retro Fit VY interior into VX...????

Has anyone tried retro-fitting a VY interior into a VX? I assume it should fit up ok, but will all the instruments work once intalled or is it a major undertaking? Any help is appreciated!

I should have specified - is it possible to intall a VY dash and instrument cluster into a VX and if so, how much re-wiring, if any, is required?

Just a matter of opinion i suppose. In my eyes, the VX interior looks dated these days. And, i am not a fan of the VX steering wheels.

PM Cobalt, he converted a VT wagon into VZ HSV wagon. Interior and exterior. Do a search on "Katie Wagon"

i think you will find that it will take about 3 months to do, its not as simple as different appearence, everythin is different.

VY onwards just looks 'cheaper' to me when you're in it. Thats to me though everyone entitled to their own opinion ovbiously. Thats the reason i got a VU instead of VY, that and i like the outside more too :headbang:
