Has anyone who has fitted aftermarket Projector Headlights
had problems with them being a poor fit where the Indicator
meets the front guard (Where the rubber seal is)? I put
a set of TYC brand in the other day, only took about an
hour and no wiring mods required, but I have a gap between
the indicator and guard and the light will not go in any further.
They look great, but am a bit dissapointed about the poor fit.

Where I used to work sold a few taiwanese copy lamps and panels. Some fitted as good as genuine, some were unusable and had to be returned.
Unfortunately, they are generally made with cheap tooling and a distinct lack of quality control.
Many would not believe how much money wreckers and so forth make on these parts when so much of it is crap...........

it fits pretty well on my VX clubby. it just that sometimes there is moist on the Edge after you turn on the light for a while at night.
